Le retour du printemps est une belle occasion pour découvrir le Parc. Les Vias du Fromage offrent de belles randonnées pour se remettre en jambe tout en explorant les différents recoins du Parc et son patrimoine. De nombreuses randonnées en traversées, facilement accessibles en transports publics, peuvent être faites dès le mois de mars. De même, les trois sentiers thématiques sont praticables tout au long de l'année.

The return of spring is a great opportunity to discover the Park. The Cheese Trails offer some great walks to get your legs back in shape while exploring the different corners of the Park and its heritage. A number of hikes, easily accessible by public transport, are available from March onwards. The three themed trails are also open all year round.

From 1 April to 15 July, dogs must be kept on a lead in forests

The Park has compiled a list of best practices and federal and cantonal regulations for enjoying nature with your dog in accordance with the law, depending on the area concerned.

Supporting the Park

Becoming a member of the Park means joining an association that works for sustainable regional development. Individuals, couples, businesses, or collectives—everyone can support the Park's actions.

Each member receives information from the Park and can participate in the association's decision-making bodies (assembly, general meetings). New this year, members also benefit from a 10% discount on Parc à la carte activities.

The Gruyère Pays-d'Enhaut Regional Nature Park is one of Switzerland's 20 parks of national importance. Its 630km2 territory extends over 3 cantons (Fribourg, Vaud and Bern), between Montreux, Gstaad and Bulle.

The Park comprises 17 communes spread over 4 regions:

Jogne Valley (FR-BE)

Châtel-sur-Montsalvens, Crésuz, Val-de-Charmey, Jaun, Abländschen (commune of Saanen)

Gruyères and Intyamon Valley (FR)

Gruyères, Bas-Intyamon, Grandvillard, Haut-Intyamon

Pays-d’Enhaut - Les Mosses (VD)

Château-d’Œx, Ormont-Dessous (Les Mosses), Rossinière, Rougemont

Lemanic side (VD)

Montreux, Veytaux, Villeneuve (the upper reaches of these communes with Chillon Castle), Corbeyrier
