Le caramel artisanal à la crème 

In the village of Rougemont, Alexandra and Bernard Yersin-Hoffer are preserving a family tradition: making cream caramels. These handmade sweets, carefully crafted using Alexandra's father's recipe, are made whenever possible with ingredients from the Pays-d'Enhaut – ranging from milk from their own farm to cream from Le Sapalet. They proudly carry the Produits des Parcs Suisses label.
